New London, CT - The Vassar College Men's Track and Field team made the trip to the Coast Guard Academy on Saturday for its second outdoor meet of the season in rainy and cold conditions. Five Brewers collected personal-best marks on the day and VC finished 10th overall in the first scoring meet of the outdoor campaign.

100 Meters

• Junior Nathan Denham finished 19th overall with a time of 11.73 followed by junior Jacob Sellitti in 21st with a mark of 11.76.
• First year Owen Gifford crossed the finish line in 12.48 for a top-35 overall finish.

110 Meter Hurdles

• Senior Jae Young Seo posted a personal-best time of 16.82 for a seventh place finish.
• Senior Max Bergman tallied a 12th place finish with a time of 18.77.

200 Meters

• Denham earned a sixth place finish with a time of 23.58 along with Sellitti finishing 23rd with a mark of 24.55.

400 Meters

• First year Nick MacDonald scored a sixth place finish with a time of 52.34.

800 Meters

• First year Patrick Wang raced to an 18th place finish in 2:06.85 followed by senior Levi Lilienthal in a career-best time of 2:09.66 for a 25th place finish.
• Sophomore Joshua Garraway turned in a career-best time of 2:11.95 for a top-30 finish.

1500 Meters

• Sophomore Sean Miller collected a second place finish with a career-best time of 4:03.93 followed by classmate Max Frazee in fifth place with a personal-best time of 4:10.90.
• Lilienthal finished 34th overall with a time of 4:22.10 along with senior Mikhail Medina crossing the finish line in 4:46.00.

4x100 Relay

• The relay team of Young Seo, Sellitti, first year Ryan Fernandes and sophomore Collin France finished sixth in 45.19.

Discus Throw

• Sophomore Adam Finnimore earned a top-20 finish with a toss of 30.33 meters.
• Bergman finished in the top-30 with a mark of 17.86 meters.

Javelin Throw

• Bergman scored a 15th place finish with a throw of 35.24 meters.
• Finnimore finished 18th overall with a mark of 27.26 meters.

Long Jump

• Bergman earned a personal-best mark of 6.42 meters to finish sixth overall.
• Gifford recorded a leap of 4.85 meters for a top-25 finish.

Shot Put

• Finnimore tallied a 15th place finish with a toss of 11.25 meters.

Triple Jump

• Gifford competed in the triple jump for the Brewers.
