Troy, NY - The Liberty League announced its weekly award winners for the week ending October 19 as Vassar College Men's Cross Country junior Sean Miller was tabbed the league's Performer of the Week.

Miller broke the 8K school record with a time of 24:20.73 to finish 10th overall out of 264 total finishers for the Vassar College Men's Cross Country team at the Conn College Invitational on Saturday. Miller's mark broke the school record set by Miles Takiguchi '24, which was set in 2022 at the Paul Short Run (24:22.0).

Miller has finished in the top-15 in all five meets this season, including two first place finishes at the Vassar Season Starter and the Ron Stonitsch Invitational.

Vassar will be off this week and will return to the course for the Liberty League Championship on Saturday, November 1 at the Ronald C. Hoffman Cross Country Course on the campus of St. Lawrence.
