Kali Ringler (North Andover, MA) led the scoring attack with two goals with sophomore
Tess Billings (Deerfield, IL) leading the team with four draw controls.
Vassar falls to 3-10 overall and 2-6 in conference play with Friday's defeat, while the Bombers improve to 12-1 and an unblemished 8-0 in Liberty League action.
How It Happened
- Ithaca jumped out to a 2-0 lead before Ringler's first goal of the game cut the deficit in half at the 10:21 mark of the first quarter.
- The Bombers came back with the final two goals of the first quarter, including a Leigh Naturale goal with 61 seconds left in the opening stanza to make the score 4-1 through 15 minutes.
- Ithaca erupted for nine goals in the second quarter, including a pair of Maizy Veith tallies, to push the Bombers in front 13-1 at the intermission.
- Ithaca closed the opening 30 minutes with a 30-8 advantage in shots.
- Draw controls prior to the break were even at 7-7.
- The Bombers pushed their scoring run to 14 goals with the first three tallies of the third stanza.
- Vassar halted the run with back-to-back goals from Billings and Ringler just under two minutes apart late in the third period.
- Ithaca finished off the scoring in the game with goals from Caroline Wise and Lily Cody early in the fourth quarter.

- Wise finished a six-point day with four goals and two assists while adding five draw controls.
- Veitch scored a hat trick and finished with five points.
- Sydney Phillips scored three times and Cody posted two goals and a helper while collecting a team-high four groundballs.

- Lexi Held earned the win in goal with seven stops in three quarters of work.
- Jocelyn Cote made five saves in 15 minutes.
