CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Vassar men's tennis team had a tough road trip to MIT, falling 9-0 on Friday afternoon. The Brewers were unable to pick up a single set in the loss.

The Engineers pushed its winning streak to three after the victory in the final non-conference game of the season. MIT opened with three doubles wins with
Allen Sokolov and
William Hwang falling 8-3 to Tyler Barr and Alex Cauneac at the first court.
Nicolas Demaria and
Mathew Yee dropped an 8-4 decision at the No. 2, while
David Gandham and
Adam Krueger lost by the same score.

MIT went on to sweep the singles as well.
Jamie Anderson lost 6-4, 6-2 at the No. 2 and Krueger was bested 6-2, 6-1 at the third court. Sokolov, Nick lee and
Mihajlo Ivanovic all fell in the next three positions.

Vassar closes the regular season next weekend with a road trip to Hobart at 10 a.m.
