Megan Caveny posted two goals and an assist for VC. The Brewers will look to continue its inspired play on Wednesday, traveling to the Garden State for action with No. 8 Montclair State University.

- Sophomore goalkeeper Liz Rotolo currently leads Division III in goals against average, posting a 0.23 mark through the opening three weeks of the season. She is also third in save percentage (0.917).
- Junior Megan Caveny is 15th nationally in goals per game with 1.33, as she is second in the Liberty League with her eight scores.
- The eight goals are one shy of her previous best for a season, set last year for the Brewers.

A Look At The No. 8 Red Hawks (7-0):
- The Red Hawks have started very strong this season, posting wins in all seven of their games, including a 2-1 overtime win over Skidmore College and a 3-0 victory over RPI this past weekend.
- Montclair State is in a stretch of five straight home games on Sprague Field, while going 20-3 at home over the last two and a half seasons.
- The Red Hawks have done a nice job of getting penalty corners this season, ranking 18th in Division III and first in the New Jersey Athletic Conference.
- Amber Haslett leads the offensive attack, as she has posted seven goals on the season, ranking third in the NJAC in goals per game with 1.00 per night.
- Keeper Kaitlin Maguire has been stout as well in cage for the Brewers, allowing 0.88 goals per game, which ranks 16th best in the nation.
- Eileen O'Reilly is in her third season at the helm of the Red Hawks, going 38-11 while ranking seventh in winning percentage in Division III (.776).
- Montclair State played in the Division III National Championship game back in 2012, losing to Tufts 2-1. The Red Hawks have made the NCAA Tournament six times since 2003.
- Nine different players have scored for MSU this season, as Kaitlyn Struss and Kailey Dalgauer have added to the offensive attack with four and three goals, respectively.
Against MSU All-Time: Vassar has a 4-3 record against the Red Hawks all time, earning a 1-0-win last year in Poughkeepsie. VC has only played in Montclair once before, dropping a 3-0 decision back in 2015.
