A Look at the Raptors: Bard comes into today's contest 7-8-1 overall and 1-6 in the Liberty League. The Raptors are coming off a big 2-1 win against Skidmore on October 27, and will finish up their regular season vs. the Brewers. The Raptors have scored in all but two games this season, and lead the conference in scoring average with 2.5 goals per game.
Sophomore Nick Shenberger currently leads the Liberty League in points (37) and goals (15), and has scored four goals in the past three games. Sophomore Brendan Byrne has chipped in 25 points and 11 goals, which ranks second in the conference.
Against Bard All-Time: Vassar has never lost to Bard, holding a 16-0 all-time record against the Raptors since the series began in 1994. Bard forced overtime in last year's meeting on November 1, before then freshman
Tanner Sands (Draper, UT/Juan Diego) delivered the game-winner in the 94
th minute.

Halloween History: This is the first game Vassar has played on Halloween since October 21, 2009 when the team fell 4-0 to RPI.
Winning Season: With a win (or tie) vs. Bard, Vassar will clinch its seventh consecutive winning season. The Brewers have recorded 17 winning seasons under head coach

Academic All-District: Senior Tom Wiechert became Vassar's third CoSIDA Academic All-District selection in the past three season on Thursday. 30 Club: Senior
Tom Wiechert (San Clemente, CA/San Clemente) made history against St. Lawrence, becoming just the third player is program history to amass 30 career goals as a Brewer. His goal against RPI put him at 32 career goals and 72 career points, which ranks third and tied for third (respectively) in school history. Wiechert leads the team in points (17) on seven goals and three assists.
Game-Winners: Wiechert also moved into a tie with Joseph Petruccelli (2000-03) for second all-time in career game-winning goals with his eighth as a Brewer vs. RPI. One more game-winner will move him into a tie for first.
