Men's Squash Edged 5-4 By Kenyon In Chaffee Cup Consolation

PHILADELPHIA, PA (February 18, 2012) -- In the consolation semi-finals of the College Squash Association Team Championships Chaffee Cup (E Division), the Vassar College men's squash team went down 5-4 to the CSA No. 36 Kenyon College on Saturday.

The No. 40 Brewers face No. 38 University of Washington on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. in the seventh-place match.

Vassar was strong at the top once more as freshman Michael Sankovich brought down Eric Milbourn in straights 11-5,12-10,11-6 at No. 1 and junior Jake Harris rolled 11-5,11-9,11-2 over Pete Heck at No. 2. A short-staffed Kenyon team defaulted at the bottom two positions.
