Sophomore Zander Mrlik dominated the middle of the field in two solid albeit losing defensive efforts. Mrlik won a large percentage of 50-50 balls on goal kicks and goalkeeper clears. He locked down his area in general play by stopping numerous ball handlers, and broke up several set piece plays. Mrlik also used his unmatched throw-ins to clear the ball out of his end.
