Though she did not dominate the stat sheets, senior midfielder Lance dominated both games of the Betty Richey Tournament. It was Lance's tenacious play at both ends of the field that led the Brewers to a 4-2 victory over Smith College in the championship game, providing the Brewers with the championship for the first time in 15 years. For her efforts, Lance was selected the Tournament Most Valuable Player.
