The freshman upped her team-best singles win total to 13 this week, as the Vassar No. 3 posted a 3-1 record during Vassar's Spring Break trip to California. After falling at No. 3 singles to No. 5 Bowdoin in a third-set tiebreaker, Rodick rebounded to help Vassar knock off No. 29 Whitman College 6-3 with a 6-4, 5-7, 6-1 win at No. 3 over Hanna Greenberg. She then finished with a 6-1, 7-5 win over Madison Ross in a 5-4 loss to Chapman, followed by a 7-6, 6-4 win to help VC defeat No. 40 Caltech Sunday afternoon. For the year, the newcomer is 13-4, and she has won seven of her last 10.Â
