Sophomore Rachel Elson scored a pair of tries as the Vassar women's rugby team earned their second consecutive Tri-State Rugby Championship Sunday with a 46-10 victory over Albany. The standout back powered through for a pair of scores, including one where she spun and swerved to a try.
