Litsky advanced to day three of the USTA/ITA Northeast Regionals this past weekend, playing some solid tennis all weekend. Litsky opened the tournament with an emphatic 6-0, 6-0 win over NIcholas George of Bard College, and followed that with a 1-1 win over Jack Melhorn of Ithaca.
Sunday afternoon Litsky continued his run, knocking off NYU's Sidd Thangirala 6-4, 6-1 in the round of 16. Later in the day, he advanced to the semis with a three-set 6-4, 4-6, 6-1 win over Kit Sanderson of Skidmore. Litsky's run came to an end Monday, as he dropped a three-set heartbreaker to Stevens' Matthew Hinrich.Â
