Sowa teamed with Alex Gittens, Ava Farrell and Taylor Quinn in the 4x800 relay during Day Two of the ECAC Championships. The Brewer team won their heat despite coming into the meet with a ranking slot of #34 by the ECAC. Sowa received the baton from the leadoff runner, Gittens and handed it off to Farrell after running a smart 600 meters. Sowa remained just behind the shoulder of the lead runner before flipping a switch in the final 200 to gain a big lead before the start/finish.
