The junior sprinter had one of the best performances ever for a Vassar track athlete, as she set the 2014 NCAA Division III standard for the 400 meters with a time of 55.42 at the Matthew Vassar Twilight Invitational. Ingraham breezed to the win in the 400, winning by nearly four seconds. Ingraham's time was a school, track and personal record.
