The freshman sensation for the Brewers continued to dominate this week, as he won both of his starts, both against Liberty League opposition. Erkis was 2-0 on the week, tossing a pair of complete-games, allowing just two earned runs over 14 innings, surrendering only nine hits. Tuesday against St. Lawrence, he gave up two earned runs and five hits in a 4-3 win. Sunday he shut out conference leading Union College 10-0, allowing four hits and walking just one. He now has two complete-game shutouts in his last three starts.
