Sophomore Johanna Spangler followed up last week’s victory at the VC Invitational with a second-place finish at the Hamilton Short Course Invitational. Spangler lost out by a second in the last hundred meters to Hamilton’s Abby King. Spangler finished the 4-kilometer course in 15:17, and has been Vassar's top finisher in seven of the last eight races.
