Mrlik celebrated his senior day with an assist on the game-winning goal against Hunter College 1-0. He was able to send a perfect pass to Pereira while being double-team and over the heads of two more defenders to Pereira's feet. Leading the team with now six assists on the season, Mrlik further showed that he wanted to support his teammates by allowing coach Andy Jennings to take him out of the game despite wanted to keep playing.
