Vassar College Athletics

Beckerman went 2-0 at No. 1 singles and 2-0 at No. 2 doubles to lead Vassar to 9-0 wins over St. Lawrence and RIT in Liberty League action. In singles, she defeated Hillary Drewery (SLU) 6-0, 6-0 and Maite Vera (RIT) 3-6, 7-6 (7-3), 14-12. 

She is a two-time Liberty League All-Conference Singles selection and Liberty League Rookie of the Year. A 2008 graduate of Santa Barbara High School, Beckerman lettered in tennis three years. She played No. 2 singles in her junior and senior season. Beckerman was named First Team Channel League and reached the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) finals in 2006 and the semifinals in 2007.
