Milne had an impressive weekend, helping the Vassar women's rugby team claim the Beast of the East Championship title with a 4-0 outing in the tournament. The senior flyhalf scored 40 points for the Brewers, on four tries and 10 conversions and also played a large part in containing Syracuse University's Tess Khonska, a USA Women's Rugby National team player. On Saturday, Vassar defeated Syracuse (26-10), Providence University (24-0), and Northeastern University (19-0), with Milne totaling three tries and seven conversions. The Brewers faced Syracuse again in the title game, this time defeating the Orange, 31-0, with Milne scoring one try and three conversions.
