Nolan Fierro brings an extensive playing background and strong academic foundation to Vassar Women’s Soccer. Nolan played at the highest levels of youth soccer, competing in the Youth National Academy League before continuing his collegiate career at Seton Hall University.
At Seton Hall, Nolan was a four-year member of the men’s soccer program while earning a Bachelor of Science in Business with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. During his career, Seton Hall captured the 2020 BIG EAST Championship and advanced to the Elite Eight of the NCAA Tournament.
Following his undergraduate career, Nolan continued both his academic and playing careers at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where he earned a Master of Science in Management. Nolan played two seasons at HWS, serving as a team captain during his second season. During his time at HWS, the team won the Liberty League Championship and advanced to the NCAA Tournament.
Nolan's individual honors at HWS included being named to the United Soccer Coaches All-Region Third Team and earning All-Liberty League First Team honors.
After graduating from Hobart and William Smith, Nolan began his coaching career at Bowdoin College, where he spent a season working with the women’s soccer program. His transition into coaching has allowed him to draw upon his experiences as a collegiate player and captain, with an emphasis on player development, leadership, team culture, and helping student-athletes reach their potential.
Through his playing and coaching experiences, Nolan has competed and worked at the highest levels of collegiate soccer. He brings a passion for the game and a commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the field to Vassar Women’s Soccer.
