2018: Vassar's star setter concluded her career with yet another outstanding effort, earning her third straight Liberty League honor along with AVCA All-Region accolades for the third straight season … she was tabbed as a Second Team All-Liberty League honoree in 2018 after posting 10.30 assists per set to rank third among the Liberty League’s best setters … playing in 92 sets, she started 24 of 25 matches … On the season, she recorded 930 assists, adding 35 services aces - which was third amongst team members … She also added 214 digs with 18 blocks … Four times throughout the season, she recorded 50 or more assists, including a season and career-best 59 in a five-set victory over Hunter College on September 15 … Overall, she recorded at least 17 assists in every match, including 20 matches with 30 or more and 14 with 40+ … Posted 41 assists and 13 digs with two service aces in a four-set loss to Kean on September 2 … Recorded 52 assists with seven digs and two aces in a four-set win over Union on September 22 … Notched a double-double of 50 assists and 10 digs with two aces in a tough five-set loss to RIT on October 19 … Posted 51 assists with three aces and five digs in the Liberty League Semifinals against RIT on November 2.
2017: Vassar's star setter had another banner year as a junior, earning All-Liberty League honors along with AVCA All-Region and All-American accolades...MacMillan earned her second straight All-American honor as a junior, as she was tabbed as a Second Team All-Liberty League honoree in 2017...The junior setter was once again stellar in 2017, as she posted 10.30 assists per set to lead the Liberty League...She is also second in the conference in service aces per set with 0.59, and has added 210 digs...She had season-bests of 54 assists in a match twice against Lebanon Valley College and Skidmore College, while adding 40 or more helpers in 10 outings...as the quarterback of the league's top attacking unit, she has led VC to a team hitting clip of .215...finished 21st in the nation in assists per set...posted nine service aces in a win over the University of New England on Sept. 9...chalked up a double-double of 41 assists and 10 digs against Coast Guard Academy Sept. 2...at Montclair State September 16, finished with 30 assists, 10 digs, two assisted blocks and three aces...posted a big double-double of 36 assists and 15 digs in a win over Geneseo...finished with 51 helpers in a four-set win over Nazareth...chalked up five service aces in back-to-back matches in wins over Union College and SUNY Geneseo...had a season-best four assisted blocks in a win at Skidmore...posted four kills and 30 assists against King's College September 8...had a season-best 17 digs in a loss at Clarkson University.
2016: Took of the full-time setter position for Vassar, and became one of the best players in the Liberty League as a sophomore...MacMillan was amazing as the leader of the offense this season, helping the Brewers to the seventh-most kills all-time for a season in program history...Vassar led the Liberty League in attacking percentage and assists per set, and MacMillan's 10.02 assists a game were the third-most ever for a single year at Vassar...she was one of just three players ever to accomplish the feat of dishing out 10 or more helpers a set for an entire season...MacMillan was 33
rd in the nation in assists, while her 1162 total assists are the 22
nd most in Division III and the second-most ever at Vassar...played in all 116 sets for Vassar as a sophomore, adding 69 kills and 58 service aces to the table, which led the team...also posted 17 blocks including 15 assisted rejections...was third on the team in digs with 210...started every match for VC, posting 40 or more assists in 15 contests this year...posted a career-high 58 assists in a regular season title-clinching win over Clarkson October 22...finished with 54 assists in a home win over Hunter College September 29...dished out 54 helpers in a win over Clarkson Sep. 17...handed out 46 assists in both Liberty League Tournament contests against RIT and Clarkson...finished the season with four double-doubles...posted a career-best 13 digs against Southwestern (TX) on September 3...posted 47 assists and 12 digs against Stevens October 5...against Union October 21, chalked up 42 helpers and 12 digs...had at least one ace in each of the final 15 matches...posted seven aces in a home win over Purchase College...finished with seven or more digs in 17 matches as a sophomore.
2015: Had an outstanding premiere season with the Brewers...led the Brewers in assists on the season with 486 on 68 sets played and 23 matches started...averaged 7.15 assists per set...defensively posted 115 digs while registering 1.69 per game...put up 17 blocks on the season averaging 0.25 a game...season best performance against Skidmore Oct. 16, finishing with 37 assists...averaged 0.29 aces per set and 0.37 kills a set...received Liberty League Weekly Honor Roll in October.
PRIOR TO VASSAR: Was a three-year letter winner and star setter for the Cougars of Coronado High School...was touted as Floor Captain as a junior, earning captain status as a senior...as a junior at CHS, was voted team MVP while earning the "For the Love of the Game" Award, voted on by teammates...was selected as a First Team All-Colorado Springs Metro League 5A honoree as a junior, earning All-Area Honorable Mention...during her senior year, again earned team MVP and the Coaches Award...earned a spot on the First Team All-Colorado Springs Metro League again, while earned All-Area Second Team as well as CHSCA All-State...led all of Colorado 4A/5A in serving in 2013, posting 97 aces...helped lead the Cougars to the 2012 and 2013 Metro League titles, also earning regional titles those seasons as well...in 2012, helped CHS to a third-place finish at the 4A state tournament...was a National Honor Society member, as well as the Top 3% of her class...played for Colorado Classix VBC from 2012-2015.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Mark and Megan MacMillan...has two siblings, Katie (25) and Drew (22)...chose Vassar over Georgia Tech, University of Puget Sound and Pacific Lutheran University.
