2022: Placed ninth in the 5k at the Ramapo Invitational (19:57.71)... Ran a personal record in the 800-meter at the Vassar College Invitational with a 2:34.73... Was fifth in the 1,500-meter with a 5:13.83... Ran a personal record 43:15.28 in the 10k at the Liberty League Championships.

2021: Competed on a limited basis due to injury ...

2020: Outdoor season canceled due to Covid-19.

2019: Competed in five meets as a freshman… Second-place finish at the Liberty League Championships with a 17:51.58 in the 5,000m race… Dropped over 20 seconds the following meet, running a 17:28.44 at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier Meet (5/13)… Personal records set in the 1,500m (4:53.46) and 3,000m (10:25.16).

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Earned varsity letters in cross country and track all four years competing at Neuqua Valley High School...Part of the cross country regional championship team as a junior and indoor track conference championship team as a sophomore...Honored with conference honorable mention for cross country during junior year...Named all-academic all four years for both cross country and track...Was part of a school record 4x800 relay team...Holds personal bests of 11:33 in the 3,200 meters and 5:17 in the 1,600 meters. 

PERSONAL: Parents are Lisa Keefe '83 and Stephan Ginell...Older brother Garrett ran cross country and track for Cornell College...Twin brother Keanan currently runs cross country and track at Denison University...Chose Vassar because of its collaborative environment and beautiful campus.
