2014-15:
TRACK: 
Best individual season for a track athlete at Vassar ever...won the school's first-ever national title in any sport...named as a CoSIDA Academic All-District honoree, set a new personal and school record in the NCAA 400 finals with a 53.89...the time helped her win the 2015 400-meter title, and also was the fifth-fastest time in the event in Division III history...the Liberty League Track Performer of the Year was Vassar's second all-time, as Kelly Holmes earned the distinction back in 2012...earlier in the season, Ingraham was tabbed as the Liberty League Championships Performer of the Meet...during the year, Ingraham held the fastest time in the 400-meter dash for the entirety of the outdoor track season, and never lost a 400-meter race that she competed in...the senior sprinter qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 200 and 800 meter races as well, and also set Vassar's 100, 200, 400, 4x100 and 4x400 meter records this campaign...won the school's Matthew Vassar Outstanding Career Award at the annual awards banquet. 

2013-14:
TRACK:
Had one of the best seasons ever for a trackster at Vassar College...earned All-American status after finishing fourth at the NCAA Championships in the 400 meters...ran a personal and school best in the 400 meters at the NCAA Finals, posting a 55.31...started off her junior season with a bang, running a huge 200m personal best of 25.80 into a headwind at the Willie Williams Classic...on Day Two of the classic, broke her own school record with a US #1 time of 57.33 in the 400m...placed second overall in the 800m at the Monmouth Season Opener with a time of 2:21.15...placed third overall in the 100m at the Ramapo Roadrunner Invitational with a time of 12.71...finished second in both the 800 meters and 4x400 meter relay at the Upstate Track Classic, running a 2:19.67 in the 800...won two titles at the Liberty League Championships, taking the 400 meter title with a 57.07, while assisting in the first-place 4x400 meter relay...was third at the Liberty League in the 200 meters (25.87), and second in the 4x100 meter relay (50.44)...crushed the field at the Matthew Vassar Twilight, setting the nation's top time to that date with a 55.42 in the 400 meters...qualified for ECACs in the 400 and 4x400 meters, placing third in the 400 meters and second in the relay...won her heat in the NCAA Championships in a time of 55.87 to assure All-American status, taking home fourth the next day in the finals...became first-ever Vassar track All-American.

2012-13:
TRACK:
Ran a season best 200m time of 26.34 at the Ramapo Invitational, as well as a season best 100m time of 12.75...ran an 800m personal best time of 2:20.40 at the RPI Invite, where she also finished third overall in the 200m with a time of 26.63...captured three titles at the Liberty League Championships, running on the winning 4x100 and 4x400 relays and winning the open 400m for the second-straight year...also finished third in the open 100m and was the runner-up in the 200m at the championships...helped the 4x100m relay run a school record 50.24 at the Matthew Vassar Open and won the open 400m in a time of 57.82...ran on the school record-setting 4x400m relay, which clocked 3:54.15, at the Oneonta Last Chance meet...posted a personal best time of 57.50 in the 400m at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier, placing third overall...scored for Vassar at the ECAC Championship, where she placed eight overall out of 43 competitors with a 400m time of 57.88.

2011-12:
Track:
Made her collegiate debut at the Willie Williams Invitational, running 27.27 for 200m and 61.09 for 400m...won the open 400m at the Liberty League Championship and also ran on the winning 4x400m relay...ran a personal best 2:22.86 in the 800m at the Yale Invitational...ran personal bests in the 100m and 200m at the Matthew Vassar open, clocking 12.67 and 26.07, respectively...ran a 400m personal best of 58.59 to place third overall at the Oneonta Last Chance meet...represented Vassar in three events at the ECAC Championship, running the open 200m and 400m and running on the 4x100m relay.
