2024-25: As captain, closed out her senior season with a 40-36 record… Went 5-0 and won two direct elimination bouts to place 5th at the NEIFC Big One… Went 7-8 at the Vassar Invitational with victories over Fairleigh Dickinson (2-1), Drew (2-1), and Lafayette (2-1)… Went 8-13 at the NFC Varsity Meet with victories over Wellesley (3-0)… Went 2-5 at the Sacred Heart Tradition Meet… Went 11-1 at the Matt Lampell Invite with victories over CCNY (3-0), Bryn Mawr (3-0), Drew (3-0), and Army (2-1)… Went 4-2 at the Brian Palestis Memorial Invitational with victories over St. John’s (2-1) and Columbia (2-1)… Went 1-2 at the George Kolombatovich Historical Meet… Went 7-5 at the EWFC Championship with victories over Haverford (3-0) and Hunter (2-0)… Went 10-3 at the NEIFC Championship, which helped Vassar place 2nd for Top Women’s Epee Squad and 3rd for the Women’s 3-Weapon Team Championship… Placed 49th at the NCAA Northeast Regional.

2023-24: Posted a 18-18 record in her junior year… Went 5-1 in pool and won three direct elimination bouts to place 8th at the NEIFC Big One… Went 7-2 at the Vassar Invitational with victories over Hunter (3-0) and Haverford (3-0)… Went 9-7 at the NFC Varsity Meet with victories over Brandeis (3-0), Sacred Heart (1-1), and Wagner (3-0)… Had victories over NJIT (1-2) and Penn State (1-2) at the Sacred Heart Tradition Meet… Qualified for the NCAA Northeast Regional.

2022-23: Tallied a 28-23 record in her sophomore season… Went 4-1 in pools and won two direct elimination bouts to place 11th at the NEIFC Big One… Went 4-7 at the Vassar Invitational with victories over Lafayette (1-1) and LIU (2-1)… Went 8-1 at the Matt Lampell Invite with victories over Drew (2-1), RIT (3-0), and West Point (3-0)… Went 4-9 at the Sacred Heart Traditional Meet with victories over NJIT (1-0) and Penn State (1-2)… Had victories over Denison (3-0) at the Cleveland State Invitational… Had victories over Tufts (2-1) at the NFC Meet #2… Went 7-2 at the EWFC Championship with victories over Hunter (3-0), Drew (2-1), and Denison (2-1)… Went 13-1 at the NEIFC Championship, which helped Vassar place 1st for Top Women’s Epee Squad, and placed 9th in the individual round… Placed 49th at the NCAA Northeast Regional.

2021-22: Completed her first season with a 40-29 record in epee… Placed in the top 16 at The Big One… Went 12-5 at the Vassar Invitational, with wins against Lafayette (3-0), Denison (2-1), SHU (3-0), and Hunter (1-0)... Went 6-1 at the Matt Lampell Hudson River Invite, winning against RPI (2-0), Yeshiva (2-0), and West Point (1-0)... Beat NYU (1-0), PSU (2-1), and Temple (2-1) at the Sacred Heart Traditional Multi-Meet… Beat Columbia (1-0) at the George Kolombatovich Historical Meet… Went 7-3 at the Eastern Women’s Fencing Conference (EWFC) Championships, with victories over Hunter (1-0), Stevens (3-0), and Haverford (3-0)... Took 7th at EWFCs to earn a spot on the second team… Placed 34th at Northeast Regionals.

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Competed in fencing, softball, and basketball at Concordia International School in Shanghai... Was selected basketball and softball captain as a senior... Named softball MVP.

PERSONAL: Parents are Rachel Huang and Michael Xie... Decided on Vassar because, "Being able to continue fencing was a big pulling factor, however, it was also the depth of the psychology department and the overall vibe of the students."
