2019-20: Liberty League All-Academic… Schmid played in 26 games, averaging 11.6 minutes per contest… Averaged 2.6 points and 1.9 rebounds per game… Posted 10 assist with eight steals and nine blocks… Shot 47.1% (32-68) from the floor and was 60.0% (3-5) from the free throw line… Had eight points with two boards, a block and a steal in a win over Eastern on Nov. 15… Recorded six points with four rebounds and an assist in a win against Clarkson on Jan. 11… Tallied eight points with a rebound, an assist, a block and a steal in a victory over Rensselaer on Jan. 24… Posted a season-high nine points with two steals in a Liberty League Semifinal win against St. Lawrence on Feb. 29…

2018-19: Played in all 28 games off the bench, averaging 8.0 minutes and 1.9 points… Had her strongest performance against Bard on Feb. 1 with six points, six rebounds, and two blocks… Had two games with three blocks.
 
2017-18:  Had a great start to her Vassar career… played 17 games this season, totaling 73 minutes… contributed 25 total points for the Brewers… collected 4 blocks on the season…had her best performance against Bard College earning 4 points, 2 blocks and 6 rebounds (2/2/18) …

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Was a Varsity forward for the Redhawks Basketball Team at Natick High School... Named a Bay State League All-Star three times, a Boston Globe All-Star three times, and a Metrowest All-Star twice... Served as the team co-captain as a senior... Her team was a Division 1 MA State Finalist during her junior season and the Central Division Champions that same year... As a freshman her team won the Bay State Herget Division and was the Runner-up during her sophomore season... She was also a middle blocker for the Varsity Volleyball team and served as co-captain as a senior... Named to the High Roll all four years and a two-year member of the National Honors Society. 

PERSONAL: Daughter of Kim and Justin Schmid... Has two siblings, Madison and Garrett ... Major is Undeclared... Chose Vassar because of its community and academic excellence.
