2013-2014: Finished her career in the burgundy and gray as the best basketball player in the school's history...smashed nearly every offensive category in the Vassar record book, including points, field goals made, points per game, assists, assists per game, free throw percentage, games played and started, steals, minutes played and minutes per game...also holds many single-game records at the college...finished her illustrious career with 1,923 points...shot 49 percent for her career, making an astounding 44.3 percent from behind the arc...played and started all 29 games as a senior, averaging a career-best 18.8 points per game...saved her best performance for the biggest win in school history, notching 31 points and six steals in Vassar's first-ever NCAA Tournament win over Williams College...had a three-game stretch where she scored 27 points...registered double-figures in all but one game in 2013-14...had 11 games with 20 or more points...had four double-doubles, three of which consisted of points and assists...finished the season by making 49 straight free throws...led the nation in free throw shooting...had 15 points, seven boards and nine assists against Scranton in the NCAA Second Round...had seven or more assists in nine games.

2012-2013: Played and started in all 26 games…averaged 17.4 points, 4.3 rebounds, 5.4 assists, and 2.4 steals per game...shot 90.9% from the field, and scored a season-high 28 points against Farmingdale…recorded at least 20 points in eight games, and scored in double figures in all but two contests…pulled down a season-high eight rebounds against Bard College…recorded a double-double with 23 points and 11 assists against Union College…shot 53.7% from the field, 43.4% from 3-point range, and 88.6% from the free-throw line on the season...opened the season with back-to-back 24 point outings against Brockport and Nazareth...tallied 23 points against William Smith at home Feb. 8...tallied a double-double against St. Lawrence, dishing out 11 assists to go with 19 point...had eight boards and nine assists against Bard College January 29.
 
2011-2012
: Started in 27 games…played in all 28 games…averaged 15.8 points, 5.6 rebounds, 5.4 assists, and 1.7 steals per game…scored a season-high 25 points and recorded a career-high 12 rebounds against Union College…recorded at least 20 points in six games, and scored in double figures in all but two games…shot 45.4% from the field, 40.4 from 3-point range, and 83.3% from the free-throw line on the season.
 
2010-2011
: Started and played in all 28 games…averaged 17.4 points, 4.0 rebounds, 3.9 assists, and 1.9 steals per game…scored 22 points in her first collegiate game against Smith College…recorded a career-high 33 points against Hamilton…pulled down a season-high eight rebounds against Bard…recorded at least 20 points in nine games, and scored in double figures in all but 2 games…shot 48.0% from the field, 45.6% from 3-point range, and 80.6 from the free-throw line on the season.

Prior to Vassar: Lettered three years at John F. Kennedy High School for coach Dave Parsh… named First-Team Delta Valley Conference as a sophomore, junior, and senior… led her team to four Delta Valley Conference Championships and two San Joaquin Sectional Championships… earned Sacramento Bee All-Metro Honorable Mention honors as a sophomore, junior, and senior… received the Coach’s Award as a sophomore, the Hustler Award as a junior, and the team MVP Award as a senior.

Personal: Parents are Mike and Leslie Matsuoka...Chose Vassar for the "academics and athletics"...Chose Vassar over University of California-San Diego, University of California-Irvine, California State University, Long Beach, Hawaii Pacific University...majors in psychology...this year she will be playing against a teammate since 4th grade, Leslie Leong from Wellesley College.
