2018: The Senior setter created a tremendous impact for the Brewers this season, leading the team while breaking numerous records… played in 30 matches and finished his career with a record-breaker 204 service aces, the most of any Vassar College Player in history…finished 29
th nationally for an average .439 aces per set…finished first on the team in assists with 1088 assists on the season…finished second in the UVC league and fifth nationally with an average 10.17 assists per set...finished with 64 kills and an attack percentage of .225… he earned the most assists was on March 30
th 2018 against Elmira where he earned 60 assists … best performance was on April 14
th against New Paltz where he earned a double-double with 41 assists, 11 digs, 1 solo block and an ace.
2017: Had one of the best seasons of any Division III setter this year, as he was named as an All-American as a junior...one of the best all-around players in all of the nation, as he has exhibited the ability to do everything on the floor...finished the year with 1112 assists, a career-best, while his 2933 assists for his career are the sixth-most of any active player in Division III...ranked second in the UVC in assists with 1112, while his 0.38 service aces per set were the seventh-most in the conference...ranked fourth in the conference in blocks per set with 0.97 a set, posting 116 for the year...posted Vassar's first triple-double since the 1998 season, as he chalked up 10 kills, 40 assists and 13 digs in a win over Juniata...posted 98 kills on the year, while hitting at a .198 percentage...finished with a season-best 50 assists, adding eight digs and three aces in a win over Marymount University March 8...chalked up five kills, five aces, 41 assists and seven blocks in a win over Marymount March 24...handed out 45 assists against Stevenson on February 10...in a win over Wells on January 21, chalked up 47 assists and nine digs...posted 25 assists and seven blocks in a win over Ramapo on February 11...posted 36 assists, seven digs and eight rejections in a win over Penn State Behrend on April 1...was named as a UVC Player of the Week for the first time on March 6...finished with 38 assists and 10 digs in a victory over Hunter April 8...finished with 44 assists, eight digs and three total blocks in the UVC Semifinals against New Paltz...was Vassar's first-ever First Team All-UVC setter.
2016: Continued to be the engine that drove the Vassar attack as a sophomore, as he was one of the best setters in the UVC...posted 998 assists in 2016, which was the seventh most in a season ever at Vassar...was fourth in the conference in total assists, while his 9.33 helpers per set were sixth-best...posted 68 blocks on the year, which was tied for third-most on the team...registered three double-doubles on the season, including a huge 43 assist, 11 dig performance in an upset win over No. 4 Nazareth College...dished out 37 assists and posted a career-best 19 digs in a loss to No. 3 Stevens February 10...picked up 47 assists and 11 digs in a win over Baruch College...finished with a season-best 13 points against Medaille in a four-set win, posting five kills, six aces and four blocks...named All-UVC Honorable Mention for his play in 2016.
2015: The freshman setter opened his career with the Brewers with a strong campaign, as he was picked up a pair of UVC Rookie of the Week honors throughout the campaign...played in 90 sets and 29 matches for the Brewers, as he led the team with 823 assists and 61 service aces...his ace total set a new Vassar College record for aces in a season, and he finished the season fourth in the country in aces per set with 0.68...finished third in the UVC in assists per set with 9.14...was 22nd nationally in assists per set...also ranked 74th in the country in blocks per set with 0.72...chalked up seven service aces against Medgar Evers Feb. 12, which tied for the second-most ever in a match for VC...dished out a career-high 71 assists against MIT, which was the third-most helpers during a Brewer men's volleyball match in program history...posted two double-doubles on the season...registered 39 assists and 11 digs in a four-set loss to NYU Feb. 15...also had a career-high seven blocks in an early season win over No. 10 NYU Jan. 29...season ended with a UVC Co-Rookie of the Year accolade and an Honorable Mention All-UVC nod.
PRIOR TO VASSAR: Lettered three years in volleyball at Saugus High School for coach Barry Nua, starting two years...First Team All-Foothill League and Second Team All-Los Angeles Region his senior year.
PERSONAL: Parents are Eugene and Jeannie Lee...sister is Rebekah (15)...chose Vassar over UCSD, UCSC, and Cal Baptist...plans to major in Computer Science and Film.
