2023 Co Student-Worker of the Year Award Winner
2023: The senior libero cemented his role as the Brewers' top defensive player. Adames Reyes played in 24 matches with 79 sets played. He kept 146 digs in the air, averaging 1.85 digs per set which is good for number one overall on the team. In an important regional NCAA tournament game against Southern Virginia, he recorded 11 digs and 4 assists. The 4 assists were good for a new career high.
2022: The junior libero stepped into a starting role for the Brewers and saw action in 20 matches with 49 sets played ... He recorded 78 digs which was tied for fourth on the team, averaging 1.66 digs per set which was good for second overall on the squad ... In a five-set thriller against Elms, he recorded a new career high with 15 total digs ...Â
2021: Although the sophomore libero only played 13 sets, he was a solid defensive presence, gaining four digs, one ace, and one assist.
2020: Solid reserve libero in his first season, appearing in 25 sets... Totaled two kills, three assists, two aces, one block, and four digs.
PRIOR TO VASSAR: Was a four-year letter winner for the Bears of The TASIS School in Dorado...was a team captain as a senior...voted as the team MVP as a senior...voted Puerto Rico High School Athletic Alliance All-Star and PRHSAA Coaches' Poll All-Alliance Team as a senior...played Club Volleyball for Manati VC in Puerto Rico.
