2018: As a result of a strenuous labrum injury, the senior outside hitter was not able to play in most of the season…this did not stop him from remaining a strong contributor for the Brewers off the court…played 6 total matches…earned 27 total kills, 5 assists, 7 digs and 2 blocks..,earned his season-best 9 kills, 4 digs and one block on his Senior Day against Baruch College on April 7

2017: The junior outside hitter continued his role as an offensive spark off the bench for Vassar during the 2017 season...played in 88 sets over 30 matches, starting eight times...posted 72 kills for the year, finishing with 21 service aces and 26 total blocks as well...chalked up a season-best 10 kills on 12 attacks in a win over Wells College on January 21...on March 4, finished with eight kills and two blocks against Juniata College...in a win over Arcadia on March 25, hammered down seven kills...had four service aces in a win over Rivier College January 28...hit .417 with six kills against Nazareth College on March 10, earning a start in the second match of the day against NYU, posting five kills and three blocks against the Violets...hit .714 against Elms College on January 20.
2016: Started to become more and more part of the offensive attack for the Brewers in 2016 on the outside...played in 65 sets for Vassar, getting action in 25 matches while starting six times...posted his best match as a collegiate player on March 9 against Baruch, finishing with 14 kills...added 10 kills and two blocks against Lasell College (Feb. 27)...in his first start of the season against Bard College, he finished with nine kills and five digs...in a win over Medaille College March 19, Manley posted with kills and two aces...hit .196 for the season while posting 113 total kills and 18 total blocks.
2015: Manley was effective in his stints off the bench this year as a freshman...got into 12 matches as a first-year outside hitter, playing in 19 sets...posted 43 kills and a hitting percentage of .140...also finished with 16 digs and three assisted blocks...finished with eight kills twice, posting the number against Bard College (Feb. 4) and Medgar Evers (Feb. 12)...posted six kills in a win at Brooklyn College March 26...finished with five kills in his collegiate debut against Elms College Jan. 31.
PRIOR TO VASSAR: Lettered two years in volleyball at Orchard Park High School for coach Matt Lexner...New York Section 6 champions his junior year...also lettered four years in swimming for coach Art Aungst...two-time state qualifier...Division champions his junior and senior years.
PERSONAL: Parents are Shawn and Sally Manley...siblings are Jason (17), Katie (14), and Lucas (7)...chose Vassar because of "outstanding academics and the opportunity to play volleyball"...plans to major in Biology.
