2022: At the Washington & Lee Carnival... Ran a personal best 4:06.50 in the 1,500-meter... Was seventh in the 1,500 (4:16.55) at the Ramapo Invitational... Placed fourth in the 800-meter at the Vassar College Invite with a time of 1:58.23... Part of the 4x400 realy that placed second at the Farley Invite with a time of 3:32.50... Ran a personal record 1:57.56 at the Liberty League Championships in the 800-meter.

2021: At the Liberty League East Championship ... Finished second overall in the 800-meter run with a personal-best time of 1:58.21 ... All-Liberty League East Second Team ...

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Ran cross country and track at Northampton High School… Cross country and indoor track captain as a senior…  Named cross country and track team MVP senior year… Helped team to PVIAC Cross Country League Runner-Ups in 2019-20… Team was third place in Western Mass in 2020… MIAA Division 4 Mile and 4x800-meter State Champion in 2020… MIAA Western Mass 1000-meter and 4x800 State Champion in 2020… New Balance Nationals Outdoor Qualifier in 2019… Personal best 5k of 15:56… In indoor track, ran a 4:24.7 mile, 2:33.99 in the 1000-meters, and 1:25.83 in the 600-meters… Personal best 1:57.46 for the outdoor 800-meters.
