2022: Won the 5,000-meter at the season-opening Washington & Lee Carnival with a time of 14:50.49... Took first in the 10k (30:38.01) at the Monmouth Season Opener... Won the 1,500-meter with a program record time of 3:57.83 at the Vassar College Invitational... Ran a personal best 10k time of 30:36.93 at Penn Relays... Ran a personal best 14:41.30 in the 5k at the Swarthmore Last Chance Meet to take seventh... Placed second overall at the AARTFC Championships in the 10k with a time of 30:50.51. 
 
2021: At the Vassar Triangular Meet ... Won the 3000-meter in a personal-best time of 8:54.00 ... Helped the 4x400 meter relay to victory in a time of 3:35.98 ... Captured the 1500-meter run in a personal-best time of 4:04.08 ... At the Liberty League East Championship ... Won the 5000-meter run in a time of 15:16.74 ... All-Liberty League East First Team ... At the Atlantic Regional Championship ... Finished fourth overall in the 5000-meter run with a time of 14:56.03 ...

2020: Outdoor season canceled due to Covid-19 ...

2019: Strong freshman season competing in nine meets…Qualified the 5,000m at the Liberty League Championships, placing sixth with a time of 15:12.37… Set a personal best of 14:55.31 in the 5,000m at the Silfen Invitational (4/13) with a sixth-place finish… Recorded personal bests at the TCNJ Invitational (4/5) in the 800m (2:01.37) and the 1,500m (4:07.72)… Ran a 8:57.21 in the 3,000m at the Monmouth Season Opener (3/29).  

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Competed four years in cross country and track at Oregon Episcopal School...Captain for both cross country and track during senior year...2017 cross country district champion...2018 and 2017 district champion in the 3,200 meters and 1,500 meters...2018 and 2017 state runner-up in the 3,200 meters and 1,500 meters...Holds personal bests with 16:57 in the 5,000 meters, 8:48 in the 3,00 meters and 4:10 in the 1,500 meters.

PERSONAL: Parents are Lisa and John Casalino...Both were Vassar class of '90...One sister, Ava...Mathematics major.
