CAREER (as of 2/15): In four seasons, played in 86 games with 27 starts… tallied 281 points (3.3 ppg), 154 rebounds (1.8 rpg), 35 assists, and 20 steals… shot 92-for-218 (.422) from the field, 29-for-77 (.377) from 3-point range, and 68-for-97 (.701) from the line… as a senior, posted career-high 31 points vs. RPI (1/24/12) and twice matched career-high 8 rebounds vs. St. Joseph’s-Brooklyn (11/15/11) and CIA (11/20/12).

AS A SENIOR IN 2011-12 (as of 2/15): Named captain… played in all 23 games with 9 starts… averaged 4.6 ppg, 1.8 rpg, 48.7 FG%… scored in double figures four times and led team in scoring in two games... led team with 18 points in comback 72-67 win over Union (1/7/2012)... earned Liberty League All-Academic Team honors.   

AS A JUNIOR IN 2010-11: Played in 22 games with 17 starts… averaged 4.7 ppg, 3.3 rpg... scored in double figures four times with season-high 17 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 assists vs. Clarkson (2/5/11)... earned Liberty League All-Academic Team honors.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2009-10: Played in 22 games with 1 start… scored season-best 11 points vs. Clarkson (2/6/10)... shot 40.4 FG% (21-for-52) and 40.4 3FG% (9-for-22).

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2008-09: Saw action in 19 games… registered first point vs. Manhattanville (11/30/08) and first rebound vs. Drew (11/18/08).

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Lettered four years in basketball at Old Town High School for coach Marty Clark… earned All-Big East honors as a senior… led team in scoring as a junior and senior.

PERSONAL: Parents are Annie Gellen and Kevin Shanley… born April 8, 1990… as a three-sport athlete, lettered three years in soccer for coach Mark Graffam and one year in baseball for coach Dave Utterback.
