Lee joined the swimming and diving staff at Vassar College in the fall of 2022. He serves as the assistant for the men's and women's programs, in addition to also serving as the aquatics director for Kresge Pool.

Lee comes to Vassar following a stint last year as the volunteer assistant swimming coach at Carthage College, assisting the head coaches during practice and competitions. He also served as the Esports Graduate Assistant, leading out-of-state recruiting efforts, as well as assisting in daily practices and competitions. He also served as the producer of the team’s Twitch streams.

Prior to his time at Carthage, Lee served as the assistant swim coach at Alma College, helping facilitate four school records during the 2019-20 season. He also served as the recruiting coordinator, helping to bring in 17 recruits to the 2020 recruiting class and 13 to the 2021 class.

A four-year letterwinner at Kalamazoo College, Lee swam his collegiate career for the Hornets. He graduated from Kalamazoo in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in History, moving on to complete at Master of Science in Business with a Sports Management track at Carthage in 2022.
