2025: Played in 88 sets over 29 matches....Led the team in assists with 448....Registered a career-best 49 service aces....Lifted a career-high 141 digs....Secured 5.09 assists per set....Handed out a career-best 35 assists against NYU (4/2)....Ranks fifth all-time in service aces with 113.....Tied for fourth all-time in aces in a single season with 49....Lifted a career-high 13 digs against Cal Lutheran in the NCAA First Round (4/18)...Lifted double-digit digs in five matches.

2024: Played in 99 sets in 30 matches....Earned career-highs in kills (135), assists (38), aces (33), digs (120) and total blocks (42).....Garnered 190 total points....Tallied 1.36 kills per set...1.21 digs per set....Set career-high in kills with 12 against #16 Hobart (2/24)....Added three aces, four digs and four blocks against #16 Hobart (2/24)....Hit a perfect 1.000 with 10 kills against Sage (3/16)....Lifted nine digs and added two blocks in the National Semifinals against #7 NYU (4/26)....Had nine matches this season with two or more aces....Registered a career-high six blocks against Endicott (2/3)

2023: Payne Lounsbery was one of three outside hitters that played a crucial role in the 2 spot. Despite his limited court time, Lounsbery was able to make a impact everytime he saw the court. He played in 19 matches appearing in 43 sets hitting an efficient 0.295 and scoring 1.38 points per set. Lounsbery's best game of the season was against Springfield College (3/31) where he slammed 9 kills, assisted 3, 1 ace, and had 9 digs. 

2022: AVCA North Region Newcomer of the Year…AVCA North All-Region Team,UVC Rookie of the Year, All-UVC Honorable Mention. The freshman outside hitter played a crucial role in the Brewers squad in 2022. Lounsbery played in 22 matches appearing in 72 sets where he scored 168 points and 126 kills for 2.33 points and 1.75 kills per set hitting a percentage of 28.7. Lounsbery led the team in service aces (26) in addition to having 26 assists on the season. Lounsbery’s best game of the season came against Springfield (2/26) where he scored 11 kills on a percentage of 35.0.

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Played volleyball at Woodrow Wilson High School... Selected captain as a junior and senior... Team MVP from 2018-20... First Team All-Moore League all four seasons... 2021 CIF Division 3 Player of the Year... 2021 Press Telegram Male Athlete of the Year... Helped team to 2021 Division 3 CIF Champions... 2021 Moore League Champions... 562 Team of the Year in 2021... 2020 CIF Academic Champions.

PERSONAL: Parents are Chris and Monica... One sibling, Victoria... Decided on Vassar because it "gave me the opportunity to grow academically, socially, and physically in a challenging, yet nurturing environment that will allow me to reach my desired potentials in the future as a scholar and athlete."
