Biography
2018-2019: Team captain… Started all 4 games for Vassar during the fall season… played at hooker, proving to be a powerful force in the scrum… scored 2 tries for Vassar.
2017-18: Started all nine games for the Brewers…started the season at loosehead prop before making the move to hooker…was a crucial component of the Vassar scrum and a very strong player at the ruck…dotted down twice during the fall season...started all eight games for the Brewers during the spring at hooker...added four tries for a total of six on the year...was a member of the Vassar B team at Tri-State 7s.
2016-17: Started seven out of eight games for the Brewers as a prop.
2015-16: Earned three A-side starts during the fall season.
PREVIOUS TO VASSAR: Competed in varsity wreslting and ultimate frisbee at the Haverford School.
PERSONAL: Parents are Lawrence Brown and Linda Zhao...Majoring in English..."I chose Vassar because it felt right to me. Out of all of the schools that I looked at and visited, I just felt best about Vassar, no questions about it. I still do, too."
