Ralph Bosco

Ralph Bosco takes over as the head coach of the Vassar College rowing teams, starting in August of 2014. Bosco has been an assistant at Vassar College since 2013, and brings years of rowing experience to the Brewers. 

As an assistant at VC, Bosco instructed novice rowers and planned water practices as well as weight room sessions for the Brewers. He also helped with retention of novice to varsity rowers, keeping over 90 percent of the squad. Before assisting at VC, Bosco was a crew coach for Rhinebeck High School from in 2004-05 and 2012-2014, leading the squad to a third place finish at the New York State Championships in May of 2005. He then helped RHS bring home the state title in 2014.

Bosco has been a personal trainer at IXL Health and Fitness, and has also interned as a strength and conditioning coach at Marist College. Bosco earned his bachelors of science from the State University of New York at Cortland in May of 2009, focusing on fitness devolopment. Â
