2015 Liberty League All-Academic Team

2015: Liberty League All-Academic…started five games while making 14 appearances…grabbed 12 ground balls and caused six turnovers…had season-high three ground balls against Swarthmore (4/29)…caused season-best two turnovers vs. Western Connecticut (3/12). 

2014: Started in all but one of the 15 games on the season...recovered 19 ground balls with season-high performances of three against St. Lawrence and RIT...caused nine turnovers.

2013: Played and started in all 14 games…recovered 22 ground balls, averaging 1.6 per game…forced ten turnovers, averaging 0.7 per game…had a season-high three ground balls on four separate occasions…caused a season-high 2 turnovers against both Maritime and Mount St. Mary.

2012: Played and started in 12 games…recovered 15 ground balls, averaging 1.25 per game…forced 6 turnovers, averaging 0.5 per contest…had an assist against SUNY Cobleskill…recovered a season-high 3 ground balls against Western Connecticut…caused a season-high 2 turnovers against Skidmore.

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Four year starter at Boulder High Scool where he lettered four times...won the Panther Spirit award in 2009, and was named Honorable Mention All-League in 2011...participated in National Honor Society and was an AP Scholar...biochemistry Lab Assistant in the summer...played pick-up basketball and football in his free time.

PERSONAL: Parents Andy and Amy Hartman...younger sister Mica...plans to major in Biochemistry...picked Vassar over Vanderbilt, Wake Forest, and Colorado...chose Vassar because, "I was recruited for lacrosse and I really felt welcomed at my overnight."
