David Drozjock

David Drozjock was named the assistant coach for the Vassar men's lacrosse team in November of 2021. In addition to his assistant role, Drozjock will also serve as a facilities assistant within the Vassar Athletic Department.
 
Drozjock comes to Vassar after serving as assistant coach for the boy’s lacrosse team at Seton Hall Prep since January 2021. During his time with the program, he helped run a nationally-rated offense, focusing on young player development. The team were the 2021 Essex County Champions.
 
In addition, Drozjock served as the facility manager/director of Turf City Sports, helping to build youth and adult lacrosse programs from the ground up. In addition to website management, scheduling, customer relations and programming and marketing, he also managed the building which included two full turf size fields and a weight room.
 
Drozjock served as the assistant coach at Division I Wagner for two seasons, helping to recruit top level prospective student-athletes to the Seahawks. His efforts helped raised the team GPA significantly and also saw him manage an extensive operating budget for the program.

As a collegiate student-athlete, Drozjock played for the men’s lacrosse team at Ithaca College. During the 2016 season, he played in 16 games, posting 13 goals with seven assists, including a four-goal performance in a 17-4 win over SUNY Oneonta.
 
Though his playing career was cut short due to injury, Drozjock became a volunteer assistant coach for the Bombers in 2017, working primarily with the face-off specialists. He also developed game plans and designed effective practice plans for the offense and face-off specialists, while conducting comprehensive film sessions and preparing daily team practice plans.

Drozjock, who also served as a Sales Associate for the New York Jets in the summer of 2017, earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration for Ithaca College in 2018. He went on to earn his M.B.A. from Wagner College in 2020.
