2014-15: Appeared in 19 games, coming off the bench to provide …averaging 1.4 points per game totaling 26 over the course of the season…notched three blocks and 11 assists on the year…very efficient from the floor, finishing 73.3% on 11-15 shooting…scored a career-high six points against Clarkson (1/24)…posted career-high four rebounds three times against Hobart (1/16), Clarkson (1/24) and RPI (2/20). 

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Lettered three years in basketball at Needham High under Coach Paul Liner... Received Bay State Conference Honorable Mention honors... Led team to most regular season wins (17) in team history since 1984 in 2014... Team Captain his senior year... Also lettered twice in Baseball and was a captain his senior year... Lettered once in Football... Team won 2013 Bay State Conference Championship... Was on Honor Roll all four years... Wrote for his high school newspaper.

PERSONAL: Son of Carl and Fabienne Madsen... One brother Peter Madsen is a Junior at University of South Carolina... Plans to major in Economics... Works for the Vassar College Athletic Communications Office... Chose Vassar because of it's "Combination of great academics and competitive Division III Athletics"... Picked Vassar over Middlebury, Furman, and UNC Chapel Hill.
