2016 Liberty League All-Academic

2016:  Liberty League All-Academic...Played in 14 games and appeared in seven in his sophomore season...served the Brewers as their faceoff specialist, winning 67 of 157 faceoffs on the season with a .427 percentage...grabbed 39 ground balls, caused one turnover, and had one assist...won all 10 faceoffs, earned one assist, and grabbed eight ground balls against Western Connecticut State on February 24th...won 12 of 19 faceoffs and earned six ground balls against Bard on April 27th.

2015: Made 9 appearances in first collegiate season…missed final month of the season due to injury…first career appearance, goal and assist came in win over Manhattanville (2/25)…scooped two groundballs…recorded a shot against Bard (4/1)…went 3-10 from the faceoff. 

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Three-year letter earner and two year starter for Coach Mean Pich at Brophy College Prep…second all-time in groundballs at Brophy…2012 & 2013 State Championship team member…helped lead team to 2014 State Runners-Up finish.

PERSONAL: Parents are James and Linda Fishman…brother is Adam (23) and sister is Elizabeth (21)…prospective Economics Major…chose Vassar over University of Arizona, Union College, and Le Cordon Bleu College “because of high academics.”
