2022: Played in 16 games and made four starts....recorded five points on two goals and one assist...scored game-winning goal against St. Lawrence (10/23)...five of seven shots were on goal
2021: Appeared in 15 games for Vassar… scored a goal in the Liberty League semifinals game against St. Lawrence (11/3)… Took 12 shots with seven being on goal attempts.
2020: Season canceled due to COVID-19 ...
2019: Had a solid start to her Vassar career, starting one game and seeing time in 17, for a total of 416 minutes on the field…managed to score five goals, including one game winner for a total of 10 points…scored her first career goal against Stevens on August 30th…made nine shots and eight shots on goal for a SOG percentage of .889…scored the game winning goal against Hartwick on September 25th.
PRIOR TO VASSAR: Four-year member of the Ann Arbor Pioneer High School field hockey team... Helped the team to a Michigan state championship title in 2016... Reached the quarterfinals in 2017 and the semifinals in 2018... "Sam Kass Hustle Award” 2018, scoring 16 goals that season... Also played for Fer De Lance FHC since 2013, reaching the National Indoor Tournament in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019... Shooting Star Pool Champions 2018... , Competitor at Festival, Shooting Star, National Hockey Showcase, Top Recruit, and Disney from 2013 - 2019.
PERSONAL: Child of Karen Smyte and Jeff Kass... One sibling, Julius... Chose Vassar because "I am inspired by the creative energy on campus! I appreciate the focus on primary source learning, reading and writing skills. I want to grow as a critical thinker and as an artist, through studying the work of others."
