2020: Started four of the five games he appeared in… Hit .286 for the year… Led the team in slugging percentage at .714... Had four hits, one home run, three doubles, five RBI, and one run… Went 1-of-3 against Scranton (2/23) with one double and  three RBI… Hit a home run against Medaille (3/8) and also stole one base… Picked up two doubles against Cazenovia (3/12) with one RBI.

2019: Started 28 of 32 games he appeared in as a junior… Batted .292 for the season with 26 hits… Recorded 15 runs and 14 RBI… Tallied four doubles… Season-high four hits, three runs, and three RBI against CCNY (4/3)… Solid at the infield with a .984 fielding percentage… Led the team with 115 putouts and was tied for third with nine double plays.

2018: The sophomore continued to have a strong career with the Brewers, as he started 31 of the 32 games he played in 2018...batted .330 while his 37 hits were the second-most on the team...drove in 20 runs as a sophomore, while scoring 21 times...posted eight doubles and two homers...slugging percentage of .455 was third-best on the team...committed just one error all season, posting a .996 field percentage...had 10 games with two or more hits, while his seven multi-RBI games were the most on the team...had the team's longest hit streak of the year with a 13-game run...was 3-for-4 with two homers and three runs scored in a win over Rochester April 18...went 3-for-4 with three RBI against Lehman April 22...posted two hits and three RBI in a win at Pomona-Pitzer on March 13...went 3-for-4 with a run scored against Clarkson April 13...in the Liberty League Tournament, posted two hits in three at-bats, doubling once against RIT May 11...was 2-for-3 with three RBI, a double and two walks at Bard May 5...also appeared in three games for the Brewers on the mound as a sophomore, posting a 7.88 ERA...started at Williams College, allowing three runs over 3.2 innings...at Occidental, allowed only one earned run in 2.1 innings of relief. 

2017: The San Diego, California product picked up Vassar's second all-time Rookie of the Year selection, joining Mike Perrone back in 2010...the right-handed swinging Trausch batted .362 as a freshman, leading the team with 10 doubles while also posting a team-best .486 slugging percentage...had a team-high 38 hits on the season, driving in 19 runs to go with one homer...Trausch was seventh in batting average in the Liberty League, while leading the conference in Liberty League-only stats in batting average (.433)...was also top 10 in slugging percentage, on-base percentage and hits in conference action...Trausch was named as the Liberty League Rookie of the Week on a pair of occasions, also picking up ECAC Rookie of the Week once...had nine games with multi-hit performances...drive in two or more RBI in five games to tie for the team lead...posted a 21-game reached base safely streak..was 3-for-5 with four RBI and three runs scored against Bard College April 30...went 3-for-4 with three RBI and two runs scored against Union April 15...went 3-for-3 against Bard April 29...was 3-for-3 with his first career homer at RIT April 9. 

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Lettered for the Falcons of Torrey Pines High School of the Palomar League...earned All-Academic Team honors, as he hit .327 as a senior, posting a .407 on-base clip and a .354 slugging percentage...helped his team to a 2015 Palomar League title...also played football while in high school...played for the Pacific Beach Pythons, Solana Beach Cardinals and California Baseball Academy. 

PERSONAL: Son of William and Josefina Trausch...has two brothers, Brian (25) and William (40)...undeclared major...chose Vassar over UC-Santa Barbara, UC-Davis, UC-Irvine, UC-Riverside and the University of Puget Sound.
