2018: Senior outfielder had another productive season for the Brewers, as he was defensively one of the best to roam left field in the conference...dealt with injuries again as a senior, but made all 27 plays that game his way while being successful on seven of his eight stolen base attempts...batted .214 with two doubles, two triples and six RBI...scored nine times...started 19 of the 28 games he played in...went 2-for-3 with two RBI and two triples against Lehman College April 22...stole two bases at Bard College May 5...finished his career with a .224 batting average, appearing in 108 games while starting 79 times...finished with eight doubles and eight triples for his career...stole 28 bases in 30 attempts, while his percentage was the best ever for people with 25 or more stolen bases...drove in 31 runs and scored 40 runs. 

2017: Was injured early on in the season, costing him much of his junior season...had only 17 at-bats as a junior...saw action in 20 games though, mostly as a pinch runner for the Brewers...stole nine bases in 10 attempts...chalked up three stolen bases against Cairn University March 15...swiped a pair of bags in the season opener against Keene State University. 

2016: Batted .248 with 30 hits over 39 starts... Scored 15 runs... Doubled three times, tripled four times, homered once... Knocked in 18 runners... Drew the second highest number of walks (21)... Stole the second most bases (9)... Tallied the most sac flies (four) and the third most sac bunts (two)...  Posted eight multi-hit games this season... Went 2-for-4 with two RBI and a triple in his first game of the year against Fitchburg State on 3/12... Went 2-for-4 with a season-high five RBI along with a homer against UW-Stout on 3/19... Went 3-for-4 with a run, an RBI and a triple against Millikin University on 3/20... Went a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate with a season-best three runs along with an RBI, a triple, two walks and a season-high three stolen bases against Mount Saint Mary on 4/27... Enjoyed a four-game streak of at least one hit in each from 4/1 to 4/10. 

2015: Strickland had a solid start to his career, and showed that he could be a force offensively for the Brewers in the future...sweet left handed swing with a bunch of pop...played in 21 games as a freshman, starting 17 times...batted .227, going 15-for-66 for the season...scored 11 times...drove in seven runs...posted three doubles and two triples on the season...was successful in all three stolen base attempts...posted the second-longest hit streak in 2015 of any Brewer batter, posting a nine-game stretch...posted his first multi-hit game against RPI April 3...first career hit came against Southern Vermont March 15, as he drove in a run and a scored as well...had two RBI and two runs scored April 11 in game two against RIT...was hitting over .300 for much of the season. 

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Lettered two years in baseball under Coach John Carter...lettered two years in football under Coach Jeff Cheatham...two time District Champions in baseball...second time all region in baseball...AABCA All Star Game Starter...Academic All District for three years.

PERSONAL: Parents are Shane and Karen...brother to Conner (19)...majoring in economics...was President of Business Academy in high school...came to Vassar for the "great academic reputation, small class size, and to play baseball"...chose Vassar over Baylor University, Grinnell College, and Pomona College.
