2020-21: Season canceled due to COVID-19 ...

2019-20: At the Liberty League Championships… Placed fourth in the 50-free with a time of 24.55… Was ninth in the 100-free with a mark of 53.68… Helped the 400-free relay to victory with medalist honors with a school record time of 3:30.71… Part of the 200-medley relay that earned third with medalist honors with a time of 1:48.10… Combined in a time trial of the 200-free relay for a school record time of 1:35.70…

2018-19: Competed in three events at the Liberty League Championships as a freshman… Placed eighth in the 50-yard freestyle at 25.09… Finished 16^th in the 100-yard freestyle at 55.86… First place in the 50-yard freestyle at the Skidmore Sprint Invite (2/2) and against Brandeis (10/20).

PRIOR TO VASSAR: A three-year varsity letterwinner at Durango High School…Posted one of the top 20 times in Colorado in the 50 freestyle…Won the district title and qualified for sectionals…Named First Team Academic All-State in 2016…Graduated in the top 10 percent of her class…Earned a place on the High Honor Roll every year…Set Durango Swim Club records in both the 50-yard and 50-meter freestyle.

PERSONAL: Child of Jessica Wheeler and John Witchel ... Has one sibling, Georgia ... Chose Vassar because of its academic reputation.
