2020: Was relief pitcher in three games, going for a 2.57 ERA… Totaled 7.0 innings pitched with two strikeouts… Went 2.2 innings against Scranton (2/23) to earn the win.
2019: Primarily pitched as reliver, appearing in nine games with one start… Struck out 18 batters over 22.2… Picked up a win against Bard (3/23), allowing one hit in 1.2 innings… In 3.1 innings against RPI (4/6) did not give up a hit… Season-high four strikeouts in 3.2 innings against Plymouth State (3/12).
2018: Freshman hurler had a very strong season for the Brewers, starting first out of the bullpen before making his way into the conference rotation...appeared in 13 games as a first-year pitcher, starting four times...didn't allow an earned run over his first six appearances...pitched in 36.1 innings on the season, striking out 27...walked only eight batters all season...on March 31, came on and worked the final four innings to close down a 6-4 win over St. Lawrence, allowing no runners to reach to earn the save...got his first collegiate win against SUNY Old Westbury, fanning two while scattering three hits over 3.1 innings of relief...struck out five of the six batters he retired at La Verne March 17...at Rochester, earned the win after going six innings while allowing three earned runs...struck out the side in a inning of work in a 6-1 win over Clarkson...at Bard, struck out five and allowed two earned runs in a tough 2-0 loss May 5...allowed only two hits over two innings at Skidmore College April 8.
PRIOR TO VASSAR: Was a four-year varsity pitcher for the Trojans of Wissahickon High School...earned All-Suburban One American honors all four seasons...helped his squad to a 2015 SOL title...earned Suburban One Scholar-Athlete award honors...graduated Magna Cum Laude...played for Philly Bandits and Philly Whiz Kids travel teams.
PERSONAL: Computer Science and Cognitive Science major...chose Vassar over Haverford because of its "great reputation, beautiful campus, and exciting new baseball opportunities with Coach Righter."
