2019-20: Averaged 83.5 per 18, which was second lowest on the team… Opened the year at the Ann S. Batchelder Invite (9/14-15) shooting 84 in the second round for a 171 total… Tied for 18
th at the Mount Holyoke Invitational on Sept. 21-22, shooting a 75 in the second round for a 160, which was her lowest of the season… Tied for 23
rd at the George Phinney Jr. Classic on Sept. 28-29 with a 167… Scored 166 at the Williams Fall Classic (10/5-6) to tie for 23
rd…. Wrapped up the season at the NYU Fall Invitational (10/12-13) with a 171 to tie for 19
th.
2018-19: Honorable Mention All-Liberty League … Averaged an 85.0 per 18 … Shot a season ow round of 81 at multiple tournaments, including the George Phinney Classic (T15) and the Vassar Invitational (T27) … Her top tournament performances came at the Liberty League Championship, where she placed 13th with a combined 172 and at the George Phinney Classic as she placed T15 with a weekend score of 164 … Had two Top 20 finishes ... Liberty League All-Academic.
2017-18: Averaged a 79.9 during her rookie campaign, tied for the best on the team, and the lowest average for a Brewer in 10 years… Named League Rookie of the Week five times… Shot a 72 in the opening round of the Ann S. Batchelder Invitational on September 16 for her best round of the season… Had three Top 5 finishes, six Top 10 finishes, and eight Top 20 finishes… Placed tied for 13
th at the Liberty League Championships with a 79.
PRIOR TO VASSAR: Played varsity golf for the Eagles at Montverde Academy...Earned eight Top-10 finishes, including winning the North Florida PGA Junior Championship and the Premier Junior Golf Tour...Was also a member of the Bishops Gate Golf Academy.
PERSONAL: Parents are Jennifer Yu and Patrick Liu...Has one sibling Chelsea who plays golf at UPenn... Chose Vassar because the team is passionate and friendly and felt the college provided a good balance between golf and academics.
