2016-17 Stats

2016-17: The freshman guard had a good first season with the Brewers, featuring in 22 games and earning four starts for a total of 206 minutes of playing time...connected on 25 shots from the field and 15 from beyond the yard...Mrlik was an extremely efficient free-throw taker, connecting on 15 of 17 attempts for a free-throw percentage of 88%...grabbed 47 boards for the Brewers and totaled 10 steals to establish himself as a threat on both ends of the court

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Lettered four years of soccer, four years of basketball, one year of baseball, one year of lacrosse and one year of golf at University High School… Captained the Red Devils one year in soccer and basketball (senior season)… Thirty-three career HS goals in soccer… Named BCL West Player of the Year in 2015 for soccer… Two-time First Team All-League BCL West in basketball… Two-time SF Chronicle All-Metro honorable mention in basketball… All-State Third Team Small Schools in basketball… Division 5 California Runnerup in 2015 for basketball.
 
PERSONAL: Parents are Zanne and Richard… brothers, Zander (25, class of 2013) and Johnny (23, class of 2016), both graduated from Vassar… major is undeclared.
