XC: Earned the role of captain for the second time in her final cross country season...dealt with injuries throughout the season, but was able to run four races for VC...saved her best race of the season for her last race where she took third for Vassar at the 2016 ECAC Championships, clocking a 26:33.8 on the tough course.

2015-2016
XC: Ran all seven meets for the Brewers this season, placing in the top five for each one...served as a large force for the Brewers this year due to her impressive consistency...began her season with a 23rd place finish at the Ron Stonisch Invitational, running 20:09...stepped up at the Saratoga Invitational to place 3rd for the squad, running 19:08...placed 64th in a field of 200 at the Purple Valley Invitational, clocking 24:19...ran without one shoe at the Geneseo Invitional, but still managed to break the 24 minute barrier with a time of 23:57...placed 29th overall at the competitive Liberty League Championships...ran her season best at the NCAA DIII Regional Champions to finish off her season with 23:56 for the 6K.

2014-2015
Track: Had another strong track season for the Brewers, as she posted two top event times during the 2015 season...ran Vassar's best times of the year in the 3k and 10k events...started the year at the Monmouth Season Opener, as she ran an 11:01.15 to finish in 15th place overall...ran a personal-best time at the Ramapo Roadrunner Invitational the next week in the 1500 meters, posting a 5:07.90...earned valuable points at the Liberty League Championships for Vassar in the 10k, as Howlett finished third overall with a time of 39.51.43, a personal-best time...posted a third-place finish at the Matthew Vassar Twilight in the 5k, as she chalked up an 18:38.74...took second in the 5000 meter run a week later at the Albany Last Chance Meet, as Howlett put together a time of 19:01.80 in harsh conditions. 

XC: Delivered a stellar encore to an impressive freshman campaign...placed in the top three for Vassar in every race...placed second for Vassar and eighth overall at the Ron Stonitsch Invitational, helping the Brewers to a first place team finish...placed third for the Brewers at the Saratoga Invitational, posting a 5k time of 18:41...placed second for Vassar at the Williams Invitational, running a time of 24:00 on one of the most difficult courses in the country and placing 45th overall out of 267 in a nationally elite field...ran 19:17 for 5k at the Westfield Invitational, beating 398 other runners...exactly matched her 6k personal best of 23:11.9 and just missed All-League honors, placing 15th overall at the Liberty League Championship...helped Vassar to a seventh place team finish at the Regional Championship, placing 62nd overall with a time of 23:20.

2013-2014
XC: Established herself as one of the top freshman in the conference, never placing lower than fourth for the Brewers...started her Vassar career with a 19:42.90 at the Vassar Invite, finishing 13th out of 92 runners and third among Brewer runners...helped VC win the Ramapo Roadrunner Invitational with a 24:48.0, placing 12th out of 194 finishers...clocked her personal-best for a 5k course at the 2013 Saratoga XC Invitational, taking home 15th place while crossing the finish line as the second VC runner in, earning a pecan pie as one of the top finishers at the meet...helped VC capture the Seven Sisters Championships title after running the course in 19:54.5, taking home 11th place...shone at the Liberty League Championships, crossing the line as third-best freshman and 12th overall with a time of 23:31, earning All-League Second Team honors...narrowly missed her personal-best at the NCAA Atlantic Regional, posting a 23:14.8 for 74th place out of 269 finishers.

TRACK: Shined in her collegiate track debut, running 18:45.27 for 5000m at the Willie Williams Classic, placing tenth overall in a competitive field of 25...ran 5:09.79 in the 1500m at the Monmouth Season Opener, placing third in her heat...ran 5:11.35 in the 1500 at the Ramapo Invite...finished fourth overall in the 3000 meter run at the Upstate Track Classic with a time of 10:42.95...placed third in the Liberty League Championship 5000 meters, running a personal-best 18:24.20...took to the track in the 5000 meters at the Matthew Vassar Twilight, placing fifth with a 18:40.86...qualified and competed in the ECAC Championships in the 5,000 meters, running a 19:49.51 to finish her season. 

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Ran four years in both cross country and track and field for the Aardvarks of Cranbrook Kingswood...was a two-year captain for both teams under coaches Greg Miller and Chris Rainwater...voted Athlete of the Year in 2013...regional champion in cross country in 2010 and 2011...named All-State in 2013...was Cabinet President of the Community Service Club...Gold Key President...performed in theatre.
