2016-2017: Liberty League All-Academic...In his senior season, Adams led the team as one of three captains...played in 21 games, earning the start in 10...averaged 5.1 points per game, with 107 total for the season...key performer in the Brewers' victory over Lehman College (11-19-16) where he grabbed 6 rebounds, 10 points, and played a team high 31 minutes...shot 50% from the free throw line.
2015-2016: Liberty League All-Academic...The imposing junior guard has risen to become a vital component of the Brewer offense, starting in 22 games and totaling 683 minutes to average 28.5 minutes a game...totaled 185 points this season with 10 games in double digit figures as well as a season high 21 points against where he led the team to a crucial win over RIT (2-6-16)...other key performances include his team high 18 points in the Brewers’ victory over Bard (2-17-2016) where his explosive play-style helped maintain the team’s dream of a play-off birth...Shot 67.6% from the free-throw line, 39.5% from the field and connected 24 three’s...earned a nod to the All-Liberty League Academic Team.
2014-15: Played in eight games, making three starts…made first career start against New Paltz…scored a career-best nine points and dished out a career-best six assists against SUNY New Paltz (11/18)…grabbed a career-high six rebounds in his following game against Drew University (11/22)…played just six minutes against Skidmore College, but racked up five points on perfect shooting, making a three pointer and two free throws to go 1-1 from the field, 1-1 from 3-pt range, and 2-2 from the free throw line (1/3)…missed the final 14 games of the season due to injury.
2013-14: Played in 12 games, averaging 5.2 minutes...scored a career-high four points against Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (1/28) in Vassar's first 100-point game against a Liberty League school...averaged one point a game...finished the season with a 71.4 percent shooting average from the free throw line, making 5-of-7 including a perfect 2-for-2 game against Clark University (11/15).
PRIOR TO VASSAR: Lettered three years at St. Sebastian's...named ISL All-League Honorable Mention as a senior...won the AAU 17 and under Division I Massachusetts State Championships with the Middlesex Magic.
PERSONAL: Parents are Bill and Margaret...has three siblings, WIll (22), Jack (19) and Nellie (16)...majoring in Political Science...chose Vassar because of BJ Dunne...chose Vassar over Babson College and Rhodes College.
