Biography
2018-19: Senior captain… Recorded 18 wins in foil… Recorded wins against Marist (1-0), Binghamton (2-0) and Florida (1-0) at the Matt Lampell Invite… Picked up wins over Boston University (2-1) and New Hampshire (2-1) at the Northeast Conference Multi-Meet on Feb. 9…. Recipient of the Vassar Scholar-Athlete Award.
2017-18: Possidente contributed in a limited season, going 2-7 on the season fencing foil… went 1-0 against CalTech on January 14
th… went 1-1 in a match against Tufts on January 28
th.
PRIOR TO VASSAR: Was an alpine ski racer and basketball player at Saratoga Springs High School...helped his baseball squad to a New York State Championships appearance...also was part of the NY State title team in skiing.
PERSONAL: Son of Bernard and Debra Possidente...planning on majoring in cognitive science.
